Friday, October 6th
​
3 pm - Fair Information Table at Goat/Sheep Pavilion
​
3 pm - Vendors Open - Irene Settle travels to festivals all over Missouri to procure vendors for the Fair.
​
3 pm - 9 pm - Activities/Demonstrations - Basket Maker; Blacksmith; Ron Tinsel's demo on Roping; Wood Working; Leather Tooling; Basket Weaving; Missouri Conservation Trapping, Trading and Free Trade; Bee Keeping; Chainsaw Carver; Fall Basket Raffle.

3pm - 6 pm - Exhibit Entries Accepted Family & Environmental Sciences tent University of Missouri Ext. WPP Baked goods, Canned goods, Produce, Field Crops, Textiles, Stitchery, Fiber Arts & Crafts, and Livestock.
​
4:30 pm - Dinner AP JC Pavilion Enjoy dinner from our food vendors as you sit under the pavilion listening to music by local musicians.

5 pm - National Anthem Bobby Spain / Prayer by Brother Michael

5:05 pm - Give Thanks to Community Officials Mayor Travis Parker, Police Chief Eric Hovis

5:10 pm - Give Thanks to Local Farmer

5:30 pm - Fall Pumpkin Dessert Contest - Contestants are asked to bring two favorite pumpkin related desserts. Public will cast their votes, and winner will be announced by 7 pm.
​
5:30 pm - Pumpkin Carving/Decoration Contest - Bring your own decorated or carved pumpkin. Small pumpkins will be provided for children to decorate for the contest. Winner will be announced by 7pm.
​
5:30 pm - Raffle Kick Off - Open Fall Basket Raffle and Bottle Calf raffle, drawing Saturday at 3 pm.
6 pm - 9 pm - Music: Scottie Kemp

Saturday October 7th
​
7:45 am - 9:30 am - Livestock Exhibitors Breakfast (WPP) - Madison County Farm Supply Livestock Pavilion for all livestock exhibitors, their families, and livestock sponsors.
​
8 am - 5 pm - Fair Information Table at the entrance of WPP
​
8 am - 4 pm - Nick's Barn Yard Buddy's - Petting zoo, is a family oriented environment open for all ages to enjoy various animals for therapeutic petting services.
​

9 am - Vendors & Crafts, Hey AA Lady Face Painting
​
9 am - 2 pm (estimated ending time) - Livestock Exhibitors Showcase (WPP) - Donna Kranjec and Sandy Dismuke host the Exhibition for cattle, swine, sheep, and goats, an outstanding one-day event that provides valuable learning experience while also providing fun for everyone! Participation builds cooperation, responsibility, and showmanship skills. No entry fee required. Premium book at Madison County Farm Supply and Wards Farm Center. Donna and Sandy have been hosting the Livestock show for many years.

9 am - 2 pm (estimated ending time) - Poultry, Water Foul, & Rabbit Showcase (WPP) - Hosted by Jennifer Culbertson and Amanda Moore, this great one-day exhibition of poultry, water fowl, and rabbits provides valuable learning experiences and fun for everyone while building cooperation, responsibility, and showmanship skills. Open to all ages. Animals must be in pens by 8 am.

9 am - 2 pm - Water Safety (WPP) - Bodies of water pose a risk if no treated with respect by using wisdom and the right gear. Learn about hypothermia, the proper way to wear a life jacket, and safety around water. Natural Resources Specialist Park Ranger for the U.S. Corps of Engineers at Wappapello Lake, Andrew, will bring a variety of life jackets (P.F.D.s) and shows what's available on the market, water wheel of safety with several water safety give away items, and fatal vision goggles.

9 am - 4 pm Party Crasher Balloon Maker - Balloon maker will provide free balloons as he creates them throughout the day.

10 am- Tractor Weigh-in's
2 pm - Truck Pull Weigh-ins - Hosted by Corey and Katie Sorg, the Tractor pull event occurs bi-annually in Fredericktown each year in May and October.
​
12pm - 12:30 pm - Mr. & Miss Madison County Contest AP JC Stage - Hosted by Madison County Farmer's Market and Connie Cox, Sponsored by Madison County Farm Supply, Children that collect the most canned goods for the food bank are crowned Mr. & Miss Madison County. All 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students are welcome to participate. There is no entry fee. The rules are simple. The two children, one boy and one girl, who donate the most food by weight will be crowned.

2 pm - Junior Super Farmer Competition - Hosted by Andy Davis of The Madison County Fair Board of Directors, Think you are pretty handy around the farm doing various chores? Test your skills at The Madison County Fair and you might be crowned this year's Junior Super Farmer. The Junior Super Farmer competition consists of various obstacles which participants must navigate in a timed event situation. Obstacles include: Livestock Watering, Straw Tunnel, Bale Ring Crawl, and Gate Navigation.

2 pm (estimated time) - Greased Pig Contest following conclusion of Livestock Show - Sponsored by Brewen Processing and Catering, Livestock arena, Our thanks to the Brewen Family for loaning the pigs for this event for many years!
​
2:30 pm - Coin Scramble - Hosted by The Madison County Fair Board of Directors Daryl and Chasity Ruehling.
​
3 pm - Kiddie Tractor Pull (North Main Street) - Hosted by The Madison County Fair Board of Directors Daryl and Chasity Ruehling, Open to ages 3-5 and 6-10. Children will ride metal tractors pulling sleds behind them. bricks will be added along the race course. Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each age category.

Sunday, October 8th
​
Location: Madison County Saddle Club, 1331 Madison 203, Fredericktown
​
9 am - 5 pm Madison County Fair Horse Show - Hosted by Lynn Rhodes, Michelle Renna, and Ericka Pierson at the Madison County Saddle Club Grounds. The horse show provides an opportunity for riders and owners to exhibit their animals and compete, while also inspiring the next generation. This year speed classes will be offered such as barrel racing, pole bending, and plug races. We invite you to come watch our youth in Pony Pleasure and gaited youth and peewee classes as it was a hit last year. Other classes include lead line, halter, country pleasure, ranch horse rail and wester pleasure.
​
OPEN HALLOWEEN COSTUME CLASS; will be held right before intermission. Prizes will be awarded; 1st - $75, 2nd - $50, 3rd - $25
​
*During intermission Carley and Seraph Trick Riding entertainment - Carley Klima is a 15 year old equestrian who trick rides off her beloved rescued OTT thoroughbred.
